LISA ADLAO L.E With nearly two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry, Lisa brings a personalized, integrative approach to every client relationship.

She began her career in 2005 as a Licensed Esthetician in Reno, Nevada, specializing in advanced skincare techniques. Through her partnership with Access to Healthcare Network (AHN), a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to care, Lisa collaborated within a multidisciplinary network of dermatologists, naturopaths, and chiropractors, supporting clients’ skincare goals within a broader wellness context.

Today, Lisa combines her clinical esthetics background with functional medicine health coaching, functional nutrition, and wellness technologies that support relaxation-based therapies and whole-person well-being.

She is currently completing advanced training through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and serves as a Functional Medicine Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Specialist (Candidate).

Her work provides non-medical, education-based wellness support designed to complement clients’ existing healthcare relationships. Sessions may incorporate coaching, lifestyle guidance, and supportive wellness technologies to help individuals improve resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.
